Hi, I'm Eve Merriman, a surface pattern designer currently studying at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, Swansea!

I'm a surface pattern designer based in Swansea and Gloucestershire. I take pride in using my designs to tell stories and often incorporate floral aspects in my designs. I love working with a range of media, but particularly enjoy using inks and translating them into screen artwork. As well as physical screen printing, I also enjoy experimenting with my digital skills to help create a diverse range of patterns.

Although I have created collections for fashion, I particularly enjoy working with the intention of designing for interiors. I have enjoyed the challenge of live briefs from companies like Monki and Laura Ashley, as they have pushed me to step outside my comfort zone and work with different creative styles.
